Meta Description: Wondering how to choose a reliable toy manufacturer? Meet the long-term partners who keep flying back to our showroom, year after year.
Walk through our showroom on any given week and you’ll likely run into a familiar face — someone who flew in for a first factory audit a few years back, and keeps coming back long after the first container shipped. If you’re trying to figure out how to choose a reliable toy manufacturer, certifications and test reports are only half the answer. The other half is harder to fake: whether a supplier’s own long-term clients still want to show up in person.
This post is less about certifications and production lines — we’ve covered those elsewhere — and more about the people. Here’s a look at some of the visits that have shaped our showroom over the past couple of years.
Plenty of sourcing relationships in 2026 run entirely on WeChat and Zoom — ours mostly don’t, at least not for long. The partners who’ve stayed with us longest are, more often than not, the ones who made the trip at least once: to walk the injection molding floor, check our batch tracking records in person, and sit down over tea rather than a screen.
A sourcing conversation over tea during a factory visit — this particular meeting followed a walkthrough of our production floor and TUV audit records.
That in-person visit tends to change the tone of everything that follows. Buyers stop asking “can you prove this is compliant” and start asking “what’s coming up next season” — a shift from vetting a stranger to planning with a partner.
Our reception area under the Bayi Toys sign has become something of a running photo album. Flip through a few of these visits and you’ll notice a pattern: different countries, different seasons, different years — but a number of the same people, coming back.

Some of these relationships started small — a trial order, a single container, a cautious first step. Over time, several of these buyers have come back not because we asked them to, but because the sourcing relationship kept working: on-time shipments, consistent quality from batch to batch, and a QC team — ten inspectors covering first-article through pre-shipment checks — that answers the phone when something needs fixing.

Looking back at the partners who’ve stayed longest, a few patterns show up again and again:

None of this replaces the fundamentals — certifications, testing reports, and production capacity still have to check out first. Ours currently includes TUV factory audit certification alongside CPC, EN71, and CE product testing, backed by 5 large-tonnage injection molding machines and daily output in the range of 1,000 units for higher-volume items. But once those boxes are ticked, it’s worth asking a supplier one more question: do your existing long-term clients ever visit in person? If the answer is no, that’s worth digging into.

Our compliance and testing records answer the “can I trust this factory” question on paper. These photos are just the other half of that answer — the part that happens in person.
